From the creation of the CIRIMAT, the conventional organisation of this Institute with research groups has been advantageously enriched with the development of transversial thematics involving sevral intra-CIRIMAT collaborations, aiming at better addressing various problematics, often fundamental, in a multidisciplinary way.
